Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at paholascents@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with DPD to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
